It’s a real simple concept. Wilson, when he accused the administration of lying - lied. His testimony and the corroborating testimony of the CIA during the senate investigation into the run up to the war proves this beyond a shadow of a doubt. He actively worked - through dishonest means - to undermine the government’s ability to act in defense of the country at a time of war. If we pursued treason in this country he'd be in a cell.
