Apparently the Herald-Sun ran this story without the proper due-diligence.

I saw the Cab driver interviewed. The time and caller-id of the call is in his system and it was SHOWN on TV (with the number obscured).

The Cab Driver said he would ABSOLUTELY, UNDER OATH testify that he drove Seligmann. He even has recorded the cab fare and, not surprisingly, he remembered the amount of the tip.

I think the NEWS here is that this woman's story is falling apart. Using her initial story, as reported by the OmniPresent DA in his Media tour, the players would have to be standing on their left legs wearing invisible condons and placing cell phone calls while kicking, beating, strangling, and gang-raping her 3 ways while leaving absolutely NO DNA and going undetected by her girlfriend at the same party.

Thanks for the opportunity to post.

I hate to think that a DA and Police department inside the US can come acrass so incompetent!

This case has so many holes, the boy (Collin) has an iron clad alibi, the second stripper is now trying to change her story to support her ethnic sister, which only undermines her integrity - I believe the first version of her story was the truer story. The taxi driver not being "white" is good because if he was, detractors from the truth would try to spin his motives as being raced based.

I hope these boys sue this girl for deformation of character.
