Why don't you (and Shiner from Red State) just pay the $5 and read the whole article like Josh Marshall did, then you would actually know what was said.

The main point is not where the word came from, that's obvious, it's how many different explanations and interpretations an individual is allowed to have before everyone (particularly you and Shiner, who seem a bit slow) can finally surmise that he's a liar and, most likely, a bigot.
