Definitely interesting. For what it's worth, "global climate change" results in 230 hits from the White House search engine and 349 hits from Google. I've tried a few other searches as well, and while Google always finds more hits, the ratio isn't nearly as high as it is with "global warming."

If you search for global warming (no quotes) you get a lot more results. It's partly bad search engine technology.

That doesn't make sense, Noumenon. The search engine handles other phrases fine regardless of whether you put the quotes on or not. For instance, climate change with and without quotes yields plenty of results. There's no logical reason why the technology couldn't handle the exact phrase "global warming" but it could handle the exact phrase "climate change."
