Exactly what planet do you live on? The burden of proof is no longer on Bush's accusers, not after everything we've seen the past five years.

You need a new line Brendan. You have been beating this dead horse of Josh Marshall "recently fallen into the bad habit of asserting things he can't prove" for over a year now. I don't know what your beef with him is but from out here it looks more like a little hissy fit. It was you who asserted things you could not prove when you said there was no evidence that the 2000 and 2004 elections were stolen.
