Was interesting to see the Globe seize on this, down to including the dictionary definition and the question "But did the opposition really border on sedition?" Clearly on the reporter's radar.

On the other side, did you see the story today about the provision that would lead to Pentagon investigations of the lawyers defending Gitmo detainees? The Florida rep behind it called the ACLU project he's targeting a “treacherous enterprise” and "disloyal," according to Charlie Savage's account in the NYT.
